SCRUM / Kanban boards

SCRUM / Kanban boards are a very convenient mechanism for organizing a workflow. With the help of them, objectively and visually plan the scope of work, observe the process of completing tasks and, in general, objectively see the current situation.

In SCRUM, unlike Kanban, there will be a Sprint column, where tasks will be thrown at the beginning of the sprint. Then they will go according to the status In work, Completed, or individual user statuses. Scrum also provides an assessment of tasks by difficulty, for planning poker. Grades can be set as 01, 02, 03, 05, 08, 13, 21 - in accordance with the scrum concept. The user can also come up with an individual gradation of ratings.

Boards can be personal or group. And also additional to personal or group.

The columns correspond to the task statuses, but you can create as many additional columns as you like with links to the task status and type. This opens up very wide opportunities for individual board configuration. For example, you can easily divide the workloads into different offices.

Tasks and boards are related, but can live independently. For example, one user can use the board to navigate and change the status of tasks, while the other might not even go to the board, but use the task menu, or the task list for navigation. At the same time, when the task is changed, it is also will move around the board.

Boards in tasks

Each task can be on multiple scrum boards at the same time. For example, in the case when a task is performed by several employees, the task will be on the boards of each employee at the same time. If the task includes a group, then also on the group board.

In order to get to the desired board, you just need to click on the user's initials, or on the group name.

The second way to get to the board is to simply select it from the general list of boards.

Group Boards

The group board displays all tasks currently being performed in that group.
Each task on the board contains basic information about itself: name, who is performing, type, deadline, if there is a counterparty and a project.

To change the status of a task to next, you just need to click on the> area to the right of the task. She will jump to the next level.

To open a task, you just need to click on it.

Tasks are ranked in the column by due date. Which task has a closer deadline, that will be higher. If the deadline is not worth it at all, these tasks will be at the very bottom and sorted by creation date.
Of course, all this can be changed according to the client's requirements, since ERP-Platform is an easily programmable system.

To schedule a weekly sprint, you just need to drop new tasks into the Sprint column.

Custom boards

Individual boards reflect the tasks performed by a particular employee.

Each employee can customize his own set of columns.
