Document registration module

The module allows you to register and maintain in electronic form all incoming and outgoing correspondence. It includes:
  • maintains automatic numbering;
  • is able to process the receipt of invoices in electronic form, and then re-register the originals;
  • transfer documents for storage to the archive;
  • allows you to register sets of documents;
  • automatically searches for duplicates;
  • allows you to send documents to individual employees, or responsible groups of employees;
  • keeps detailed logs of actions on documents;
  • contains a system for searching documents by various parameters, including search by suppliers, content of documents, addressees;
  • allows you to automatically generate approvals of documents for payment;
