List of tasks

Tasks are the basic universal mechanism of any CRM-ERP system.
  • Allows the manager to assign a task to a specific employee
  • Allows you to assign a task to a group of employees with automatic distribution to specific employees
  • Tasks can be created both for internal work and with reference to counterparties, and even to the addresses of supply of services to contractors (if there are several of them), or contracts.
  • For tasks, you can create subtasks for an unlimited nesting depth.
  • A task can be performed within a project, in a group of tasks.
  • The checklist allows you to systematize the work on the task, and follow the approach of its implementation.
  • Templates allow you to create common tasks with one click.

Automatic allocation

You no longer need to think "Who from the group will carry out this task?" The task will be automatically distributed "fairly". In the basic configuration of the account, 5 standard distribution mechanisms are implemented:
  1. They take it themselves - for a group without personalization, the employee himself must click that it is he who takes this task
  2. Auto-allocation (in turn)
  3. Auto distribution (by the number of tasks) - who has less, will be allocated for that
  4. Auto-allocation (all team members)
  5. Auto assignment (by task type) - some team members can only perform tasks of a certain type, them the task of the desired type and will be distributed (in turn)
The possibilities are not limited to five standard algorithms. You can come up with your own distribution algorithms.

Subtasks and projects

In a task, you can create as many subtasks as you like, at any nesting level. Each subtask can have its own subtask.

If Subtask is a subordinate item. That Project is a container for combining tasks for organizing the process. A project can include a group of tasks or multiple groups. Within the framework of the project, tasks can be automatically distributed, specified in templates, groups of employees and performed in a certain sequence. Until the tasks of the previous step are completed, the next ones will not get into work.
You can set and parallel execution of a group of tasks in a common sequence.
Project templates allow you to create a group of tasks with one click within the framework of standard work processes.

For example, the process of connecting a client in a telecom company: while the task of selecting settings is not completed, the task of laying the cable should not get into work, or until the physical connection is made, the task of entering billing information into billing should not be completed.

Tasks can be created not only for the internal processes of the company, but, for example, perform tasks for Counterparties.

You can create tasks directly from the card of the required counterparty.
If the business partner has several addresses or contracts, you can link the task to them.

The counterparty card contains a complete history of the tasks performed for it.

If the task is often repeated, you can create a template for it with one click of a button.

In templates, you can set the distribution to specific employees or departments. When creating a new task from a template, the system will automatically distribute the task to the necessary employees, including according to the selected distribution algorithm.

Templates can be individual and subdivisions. In the latter case, all employees of the department, which includes the creator of the template, will have access to it.

The system keeps detailed logs of who did what, when and.
  1. If added: who added what.
  2. In case of change: who changed, information before and after change.
  3. In case of deletion: who deleted, what deleted.
The system of detailed logs is a guarantee of the conscientiousness of employees and the prevention of conflicts in the team. You can always see who made changes and when.
If you need to restore old information, you can always find it in the logs.
